Terms of Service

AJ Best Studio provides an AI creation platform. It includes the AI Assistant, image generation, video generation, voice tools, character tools, book and document creation, presentations and website creation. Some tools depend on third-party services and are labelled when they are not yet available.

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not promise that generated content will always be accurate, unique or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or publishing it, especially legal, medical, financial or factual material.

RalphCoin (RC) is a digital usage unit for AJ Best Studio. It has no cash redemption value, is not money or e-money, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold, and cannot be converted back into money. RC can be used only for AJ Best Studio services. RC is not a guaranteed quantity of output (such as pages, images, videos or minutes). Each AI action is charged according to the current actual cost of the underlying AI and infrastructure services multiplied by AJ Best Studio's pricing multiplier, then converted to RC at the value of the RC used (your plan's RC value for subscription RC, the Pay As You Go rate for purchased RC). If provider costs change, your RC balance stays the same but future actions may use more or less RC. Before a larger action starts, the estimated RC is reserved; you are charged only for usage actually incurred and any unused reservation is released.

Failed AI attempts use RC only for provider usage that was actually incurred. Changes to RC prices or costs never change transactions that are already completed.

You can buy RC at the standard rate shown on the Pricing page, currently $0.15 per RC, subject to the minimum amount and steps shown. Purchased RC is added only after our payment provider confirms payment. It does not expire when a subscription ends and is never frozen.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month at the current plan price until cancelled. Each paid period adds that plan's monthly RC allocation. Upgrades start a new paid period immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Unused monthly RC carries forward to the next period while your subscription remains active.

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your accumulated subscription RC is frozen and cannot be spent. Frozen RC is unlocked only by reactivating a plan at the same level or higher than the plan it was earned on within 14 days of it being frozen. If no qualifying plan is reactivated within 14 days, the frozen subscription RC is permanently removed. After a downgrade, RC earned on the higher plan is frozen on the same basis. Purchased RC is never frozen or removed because a subscription ends.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the paid period. RC purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable once RC has been added, unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, for example after a billing error. Contact us about any charge you believe is wrong.

You must not use the platform to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative or harmful content. You must not impersonate people, clone voices or likenesses without permission, attack or overload the service, work around RC charges, or break the terms of third-party services we use.

You keep your rights in the content you upload. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service. To the extent the law allows, you own the content you generate, subject to third-party rights and the terms of the AI providers involved. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or publish.

Some features rely on third-party AI models, payment processors, domain and hosting providers. Their availability and output are outside our full control, and they may have their own terms. Integrations you connect, such as your own payment account, are governed by your agreement with that provider.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for others, or are involved in fraud or payment abuse. Where appropriate, we will tell you why.

We work to keep the platform available, but it is provided as available. There may be interruptions, maintenance, or changes to features or AI models. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

The AJ Best Studio platform, brand, logo, software and original templates belong to AJ Best Studio. These terms do not transfer them to you, apart from your right to use the service.
