When you create an account we process your email address, your password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider) and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, the basic profile details that provider shares. We use this to sign you in, secure your account and contact you about your account.
If you attach files, images, audio or video to a request, we process them only to carry out that request. Where a feature stores uploads in your account, they remain private to your account until you delete them. Some studios accept uploads only once their storage service is connected, and they are labelled as such until then.
We store your prompts, AI conversations about your projects, and the projects and content you save, including website specifications, drafts and published versions. This lets you continue working, undo AI changes and publish. Your projects are isolated to your account.
To generate or change content, the relevant parts of your request and project are sent to the AI model providers we use. They process the data to return a result on our behalf. We do not sell your content, and we do not ask these providers to use it for advertising. Provider processing is also subject to their own terms and data policies.
Card payments for RalphCoin and monthly plans are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. AJ Best Studio does not receive or store your full card number. We receive and store payment confirmations, amounts, plan and subscription status, renewal dates and invoice references so we can apply RC and show your billing history. If you connect your own payment provider for your website's customers, those keys are stored encrypted and those customer payments are kept separate from AJ Best Studio payments.
We keep a ledger of every RalphCoin (RC) change: purchases, monthly allocations, carry-over, frozen and reactivated subscription RC, promotional RC, adjustments and RC used by AI actions. Each entry records its reason and balance before and after, so your balance can be audited.
We record technical details of AI operations, such as the operation type, model used, success or failure, processing size and RC charged. We use this to run the service, calculate the actual cost of each operation and the RC charged, prevent abuse and fix errors.
We keep account, project and content data while your account is active. Payment, invoice and RalphCoin ledger records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, legal and dispute purposes. Frozen subscription RC is permanently removed 14 days after it is frozen unless a qualifying plan is reactivated; the ledger record of it is kept. You can ask us to delete your account. We will delete or anonymise data that we are not required to keep.
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access to account data is restricted by account, and connected integration secrets are encrypted and never shown back to you. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email ajbestenterprise@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
