Written scope
Every project is defined in a scope document listing pages, functionality, exclusions and assumptions.
Milestone payments
A deposit to begin, then payments tied to agreed milestones rather than arbitrary dates.
After launch
A support window is included with every project, and a maintenance agreement is available thereafter.
