Marketplaces, membership platforms and business systems
When off-the-shelf software forces your business to work the wrong way round, a bespoke platform is usually cheaper than the workarounds.
Service overview
Custom projects begin with discovery: we sit with the people who do the work, document the process as it really runs, and write a specification you can read and challenge.
Delivery is staged. You see working software early and often, with each milestone reviewed and signed off before the next begins. That keeps risk and budget visible throughout.
We build role-based access, audit trails, reporting and exports as first-class features, because operational software is only trusted when it can be checked.
Discovery and specification
Process mapping, user roles, data model and a written functional specification with acceptance criteria.
Platform architecture
Database design, permissions, integrations and deployment planned before code is written.
Admin and reporting
Dashboards, records management, approvals, exports and the reports your managers ask for.
Staged rollout
Milestone releases, pilot group, training and phased migration across teams or locations.
Common questions
- How is a custom project priced?
- By written quote after discovery. Discovery itself is a small fixed-fee engagement, and its output belongs to you whether or not we build the platform.
- Can you integrate our existing software?
- Yes, where an API or export exists. Accounting, payroll, CRM and payment integrations are common requirements.
- What if requirements change?
- Expected. Changes are priced as variations between milestones so the plan stays truthful.
- Do you build marketplaces with payouts?
- Yes — seller onboarding, commission rules, escrow-style holding and payout scheduling are all within scope.
